Refund and Shipping Policies

Hi-Lite Fresh Market Catering Return & Refund Policy

We strive to ensure every catering order is prepared to the highest standard. Due to the nature of food preparation and scheduling, the following policies apply:

Cancellations:

  •  72+ hours notice: Full refund.
  • 48–72 hours notice: 50% refund.
  • Less than 48 hours: No refund.  

Refunds/Returns:

  • If there is an issue with your order (e.g., missing items, incorrect dishes, or quality concerns), please contact us within 24 hours of pickup/delivery.
  • Valid complaints may be eligible for a partial refund, store credit, or a replacement item at our discretion.
  • Due to health regulations, we cannot accept returns of prepared food.

No-Shows:

  • Orders not picked up at the scheduled time without prior notice are non-refundable.

Hi-Lite Fresh Market Shipping & Delivery Policy

We offer convenient delivery for catering orders to help make your experience seamless and stress-free.

Delivery Areas & Fees:

  • We deliver within 20 miles of our store.
  • Delivery fees are based on distance and order size. Standard catering delivery fee: $20.
  • Minimum order for delivery: $60.  

Delivery Times:

  • Delivery is available 7 days per week, between 9am-5pm.
  • Orders must be placed at least 24–72 hours in advance, depending on size and menu.
  • We cannot guarantee exact delivery times but will aim for a 30-minute window around your scheduled time.

Receiving Your Order:

  • Someone must be present to receive and inspect the order upon delivery.
  • If no one is available at the scheduled time, the driver will attempt to contact you. If unreachable, the order will be returned to the store and will not be refunded.  

Delivery Issues:

  • Please check your order upon delivery. Report any missing or incorrect items within 2 hours.
  • Issues reported after this window may not be eligible for redelivery or refund.
